Mission:

condition Additional clause :

1. The service provider will ensure the complete police verification of the maid at the local (NEAREST) Police Station and handover
the receipt/verification documents to the client.
2. The service provider will ensure that the maid is medically fit and doesn’t have any diseases. The client will not be responsible for any medical problem of the maid.
3. If the maid leaves the house without any prior information to the client or service provider, the client will not be reasonable for the same.
4. In any case of misconduct/ behavior of the maid, the client will report to the service provider and will het a replacement without any cost within 7 days.
5. The client would provided leave once in a year to the maid for maximum period of one month (30 days). The maid has to inform at least 15 days in advance for the leave to the client and company. The maid has to arrange her travel on her own and the client will not be responsible for her travel.

Terms & conditions writing as under:
1. That the company has agreed to give placement of the candidate as per his/her requirement on the following terms & conditions.
2. The signing of application by the client implies that the client will abide by all the and regulation’s set out here in below.
3. The agreement will be signed by both the parties and valid for One year to Three Year commencing from the date of signing of this agreement, which can be extended by mutual consent of both parties.

4. That all types of monetary, claims related to the constellation of registration will be considered strictly within 90 days of registration. The company will cancel and pay the amount after proper investigation only in for of cheque or cash.
5. The company will verify the documents such as identity proofs, residence proof, ration card, and photographs, submitted by the candidate’s be for appointment of the candidate’s. After verification of the documents, the company would maid/prepare their files of personal information of the candidates, one file will remain in the custody of the company, the second file will be handed over to the client for security purposes and third will be deposited/submitted to the concerned police station (subject to the jurisdiction) subject to jurisdiction for their record and information.

6. That the client will verify the documents supplied/provided by the company regarding the personal information of the candidate.

7. If you are not satisfied with the services of a maid, a replacement will be provided during the whole year and no extra amount will be charged for replacement will be provided during the whole year and no extra amount will be charged for replacement maximum, 6 replacements can be provided.

8.  We Will Provide Police Verification, Medical Insurance, Fitness Medical,  COVID-19 RTPCR Report, /1st & 2nd Dose Vaccine Certificate, Official Verification, Police Verification, Criminal Records, Family Background Verification, Etc.

9. If due to the same reason you wish to discontinue the contract and then subscribed to their respective hands on the day one year first above written.

And whereas the parties herein have agreed to reduce the terms & conditions in writing as under:
  • The company will provide replacement during the absence of the maid without any additional service charges.
  • Payment Schedule: The Client will pay Rs.. ( including all taxes as per the Government norms to the agency through online Transfer/Cheque/ DD to avail the services of full time maid for complete housed work
  • The Salary of the maid is agreed @ Rs. per month. The maid will be for 24X7 at the clients residence
  • The amount of Rs. salary of maid for period of be paid is including the months. The amount will installment as following.
  • Advance of Rs. through NEFT after finalizing the agreement and Terms & Conditions.
  • Will be paid after Advance of Rs.20,000 complete police Verification of the maid from local police station.
  • Documents formalities will start after advance registration.
